  TRUST IN GOD. Love Mankind because we are commanded to Love thy neighbor as we love ourselves. But TRUST IN GOD! Jesus loved people. He loved His Desciples, had fellowship with them, ate with them, taught them, went from city to city with them, but He did not put His TRUST in them, because He knew human nature ( He knew their Hearts). Read Jeremiah 17:9,10 also John2:23-25. That doesn't mean He didn't trust in His relationship with them because he fellowshiped with them. He just didn't trust them; therefore He didn't open Himself to them the same way He trusted in the Heavenly Father. People form close relationships and depend on friends and etc... to be there for them, instead of looking to God. People will let you down, disappoint you, because people are not perfect. Love and care for them also respect them,
  but remember TRUST IN GOD, HE can be counted on. He want fail you!!
