I couldn't find a suitable established abbreviation for fortnight online (fortn is too long), so I'm going with "ftn".
For an abbreviation for fortnightly, given the possibliities of: ftnly, ftny, ftnl, ftl, ftly, ftn/, and ft/, I think I prefer "ftn/". What do you all think? Should we do things wk/, y/, mo/, and ftn/? Maybe even d/, or dy/? How often do we need an abreviation for daily? It's a short word.
