      There is no S in Medical Lab Technician which is MLT versus MLS which is Medical Laboratory Scientist which is the equivalent to a Medical Technologist.

      H is hydrogen, P is phosphorus and 0 is oxygen so H3PO4 gives you the actual chemical that is being used Hydrogen Phospate , if my brain is remembering properly.
